PK Lock Terms and Conditions – Know Before You Play

Welcome to pk lock. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") form a legally binding agreement between you and pk lock ("we", "us", "our", "the platform"). By registering an account, making a deposit, or using any part of the pk lock platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms in full. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use pk lock.

These Terms apply to all players accessing pk lock from Bangladesh. They cover everything from how your account works to how bonuses are calculated, how withdrawals are processed, and what happens if the rules are broken. • You must have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws applicable to you.

pk lock reserves the right to request proof of age and identity at any time. If you cannot provide satisfactory verification, your account may be suspended and any pending withdrawals held until the matter is resolved. 03 Account Registration

Each player is permitted to hold one account only on pk lock. Creating multiple accounts — whether under the same name, the same device, the same IP address, or the same payment method — is strictly prohibited and will result in all associated accounts being closed and balances forfeited.

When registering your pk lock account, you agree to:

• Provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date personal information including your real name, date of birth, and contact details.
• Keep your login credentials — username and password — confidential and not share them with any other person.
• Notify pk lock immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to your account.

pk lock is not responsible for any losses resulting from unauthorised access to your account caused by your failure to keep your credentials secure. You are responsible for all activity that takes place under your pk lock account.

04 Deposits and Withdrawals

pk lock supports deposits and withdrawals via bKash, Nagad, and Rocket — the three most widely used mobile money services in Bangladesh. All transactions are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT).

Deposits:

• Minimum deposit: ৳200
• Deposits are credited to your pk lock wallet instantly in most cases.
• pk lock does not charge fees on standard deposits. Your mobile money provider may apply their own charges.
• All deposited funds must be used for gaming on pk lock and may not be transferred to other players.

Withdrawals:

• Minimum withdrawal: ৳300
• Withdrawals are processed within minutes for verified accounts.
• You may only withdraw to a payment method registered in your own name. Third-party withdrawals are not permitted.
• pk lock reserves the right to request identity verification before processing any withdrawal.
• Bonus funds must meet the applicable wagering requirement before they can be withdrawn.

05 Bonuses and Promotions

pk lock offers a range of bonuses and promotions to both new and existing players. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms attached to each offer, as well as the general bonus rules set out here. By claiming any bonus on pk lock, you agree to these conditions.

Welcome Bonus:

• New players receive a 100% match bonus on their first deposit, up to ৳5,000.
• The welcome bonus carries a 20x wagering requirement on the combined deposit and bonus amount.
• The bonus must be used within 30 days of being credited, after which it will expire.
• Only games listed as eligible in the bonus terms contribute to wagering. Slot games typically contribute 100%; live casino games may contribute less.

General Bonus Rules:

• Only one bonus may be active at a time on a pk lock account.
• Bonuses are non-transferable and have no cash value until wagering requirements are met.

• Any attempt to abuse the bonus system — including but not limited to creating multiple accounts to claim the same bonus — will result in account closure and forfeiture of all funds.

06 Gameplay Rules

All games available on pk lock are provided by certified third-party game developers. Each game operates according to its own rules, which are displayed within the game interface. It is your responsibility to understand the rules of any game before placing a bet.

• All game outcomes on pk lock are determined by certified Random Number Generation (RNG) technology. Results are fair, random, and cannot be predicted or manipulated.
• In the event of a technical fault during a game round, the round may be declared void and stakes returned to the player's account.
• pk lock is not responsible for losses resulting from a player's misunderstanding of game rules.
• Minimum and maximum bet limits apply to all games and are displayed within each game interface.
• pk lock reserves the right to void any bet placed in error or as a result of a technical error on the platform.

07 Prohibited Conduct

The following actions are strictly prohibited on pk lock. Engaging in any of these behaviours will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and may be reported to relevant authorities:

• Creating more than one account on pk lock, whether personally or through a third party.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any other tool to interact with the pk lock platform in a non-human manner.
• Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game.
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or vulnerabilities on the pk lock platform.
• Depositing funds obtained through illegal means or using pk lock for money laundering purposes.
• Providing false or misleading information during registration or verification.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, copy, or reproduce any part of the pk lock platform.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing pk lock staff or other players through any communication channel.

08 Privacy and Data

pk lock collects and processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms. By registering an account, you consent to the collection and use of your personal data as described in that policy.

In summary, pk lock collects the information you provide during registration, your transaction history, and technical data about how you use the platform. This data is used to operate your account, process payments, prevent fraud, and improve the pk lock experience. Your data is never sold to third parties for marketing purposes.

• pk lock is not responsible for losses resulting from a player's own decisions, including decisions made under the influence of alcohol or other substances.
• In no event shall pk lock's total liability to any player exceed the amount deposited by that player in the 30 days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

12 Changes to These Terms

pk lock may update these Terms and Conditions at any time. When changes are made, the "Last updated" date at the top of this page will be revised. For significant changes, pk lock will notify players via email or an in-platform notification.

Your continued use of pk lock after any update constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with the updated Terms, you must stop using the platform and contact support to close your account.
